New Features for 2011/02, 2010/10 & 2010/12:
Compared to the old version 2010/04 this new openVFR (version 2011/02, 2010/10) is based on a newer snapshot of Openstreetmap data. It's a again optimized in frame performance, but you'll still need a modern CPU and a powerful video card. Anyway, if you find out that your system isn't powerful enough, you might follow some suggestions in our FAQ section.
- churches were taken out, which was a real "frame killer" in openVFR Europe 2011/02, 2010/10, when navigating in cities
- Now the objects are based on a pool of several 3D objects. Therefore the scenery is much more varied.

ISSUES KNOWN (version: 2010/04):
- some textures missing in windmill and lighthouse objects (bug fixed by June 2010)
- performance loss (frame rate), when flying in big cities (bug fixed for future versions) by Oct 2010
ISSUES KNOWN (version: 2009/12):
- We have de-published ou oldPOI Addon, because of performance issues. The new version should be much more sophisticated by saving framerates.
